1. good personal hygiene
2. avoid crowded places
3. if you are sick, please wear mask to reduce the risk of others being infected
4. drink lots of water..
5. regular exercise..

so be careful when talk with ppl..especially when we in crowded area..but im also curious to knw..abt drink "tapai"..cos a few days ago i met friend local and he always talk abt drinking tapai..and till i find out how ppl drink,enjoy,singing,dancing,smoking,...drunk...?..but the way how they drink i mean take turn..and also many ppl don't noticed to each other..then i asked doctor abt dis and the doctor asked me back..he said did u knw why many sabahan majority got TB diases???? cos of Tapai..and its nt posibble if dis H1N1 will spread out frm dis tapai also...so i just want to remind all of u who like to drink tapai just be careful and beware,..im sorry if my words a bit rude but its better avoid then cure rite...i just want to share all i knw cos dis very important..hope u all can share wif me also...

well...ya ya...today i want to share abt straw...pls be careful when buy soft drink but its not the drinks the problem is the straw especially the blacj colour..cos yesterday my cousin share story with me..she just cme bck frm kl...gross.. u all knw when her friend order coke and together the straw..and she start to drink..#*??$#@..the taste quite different...uweeeks....her friends felt smthing tht not gd and tell my cousin..then my cousin faster check the expiry date but its ok..and she's wondering..then she ask another coke also..the try to open then start drink using the new straw the taste same...till??????? my cousin noticed n check the straw gross..uweeks..u alll knw wat stick on the inside straw its cockroach eggs...can u all believe on dis...then my cousin quickly call the waiter to report on dis then told them to check properly be4 use it cos it might be dangerous especially for customer...so my friend better be careful to use straw@black colour cos the terrible insects really like when in a dark...so tht is i want to share..hope u all will take note n beware
